Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead for a full-time remote opportunity within the United States. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, architecture guidance, and delivery oversight for the ServiceNow platform.

You will mentor developers, govern platform standards, and guide roadmap execution across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and related modules. Strong Agile/Scrum and ITIL v4 experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation, and administration.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or projects.
• Experience with ITIL v4 and ATF is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations, task planning, code reviews, and QA for a team of developers, system administrators, and technical analysts.
• Enforce development standards, scoping best practices, and release management workflows to minimize technical debt.
• Mentor on script performance, Flow Designer automation, and platform upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions aligned with OOTB functionality across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, HRSD.
• Design enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Establish CMDB class hierarchy, data reconciliation, and Discovery schedules.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical user stories, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, and IT Operations to prioritize backlog and manage sprints.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for critical incidents and bug remediation.
