Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Senior Engineer with ServiceNow expertise to lead implementations across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and FSM. Certification in CSA, CAD, and CIS is preferred, with strong ITIL and Agile project experience.

The role involves guiding requirements, coordinating across client teams, and mentoring the project group to ensure successful delivery and integration with third-party tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead.
• Strong ITIL process knowledge and ability to map to customer requirements.
• Experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementations (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM).
• Certified with ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS (any module).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least a couple of ServiceNow implementations and one full lifecycle.
• Define and review requirements for accurate estimation.
• Mentor team and share technical guidance.
• Manage customer meetings and provide regular status reports.
