Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Florida is seeking a Senior Technical Lead / Architect to drive ITSM, CMDB, and integration initiatives within ServiceNow. The role requires hands-on skills across cloud fundamentals, server/network/storage, and robust testing practices.

You will design repeatable deployment processes, manage MID servers, and collaborate with application teams to build Service Map and reporting capabilities. The position offers competitive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.
• ITSM, CMDB, Integrations, VA within ServiceNow.
• Cloud fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skills.
• Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage).
• Monitoring tool expertise.
• ITIL processes and integration solutions knowledge.
• Base platform reporting experience.
• Scripting and RegEx (JavaScript, Unix Shell, PowerShell).
• REST API / SOAP integrations.
• Testing: unit, integration, performance, UAT.
• Repeatable development/test/prod environments with high availability.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Agile/Scrum knowledge, SDLC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and follow development best practices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and adapt to changes.
• Ensure code quality and provide required documentation.
• Support UAT and provide user training as needed.
• Configure and maintain MID servers and credentials.
• Manage Discovery schedules and troubleshoot with owners.
• Implement cloud and tag-based discovery.
• Collaborate with application teams to build Service Maps.
• Develop IRE rules, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Probes.
• Maintain event management integrations and configuration.
• Tune Event Rules, Field Mappings, Alerts, and Flows.
