Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Lead
- ITIL Process Definition and Integration
- Translate business requirements into functional specs
- Review requirements for accurate estimation
- Led multiple ServiceNow implementations (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM)
- Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, upgrades and integrations
- Proactive issue analysis and resolution
- Mentor teammates and share knowledge
- Strong ITIL alignment with customer needs and standards
- Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS; ITIL v3 foundation; Agile/Scrum knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects and guide project teams
- Define and review requirements for accurate estimates
- Coordinate ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM deployments and migrations
- Perform proactive analysis to resolve application issues
- Mentor team members and share best practices
