The role requires hands-on design, development and deployment on the ServiceNow platform, ITSM/ITOM/HRSD expertise, and the ability to mentor teammates

Qualifications

• Senior Architect or consultant with ServiceNow experience.
• Strong platform assessment & best-practice recommendations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, authorization and continuous monitoring.
• Experience with ITIL processes and integration architectures.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment on ServiceNow.
• End-to-end implementation experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, CMDB.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Certified: ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD; ITIL V3 foundation; CTA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to craft innovative, value‑driven solutions.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Review development work and enforce coding standards.
• Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert to functional specs.
• Lead end-to-end implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB and related areas.
