Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and drive business development with clients across sectors. The role blends on-site and remote collaboration with EY’s global Cybersecurity practice.

You’ll require a relevant degree and multiple years in ServiceNow SecOps, with strong stakeholder management and cross-domain knowledge in security operations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years applying ServiceNow SecOps or IRM solutions.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM is acceptable.
• Certification in ServiceNow CSA and IRM/SecOps training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Develop resources and mentor team members on security operations.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
