Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients across industries. You will guide end-to-end projects, coach team members, and partner with cybersecurity and broader EY teams to mature clients' security operations and risk programs.

This role combines strong technical platform expertise with consulting skills, including responding to proposals, delivering client demonstrations, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and related SecOps certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects including architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Coach and develop onshore/offshore team members and manage client interactions.
• Support business development, proposals, and client demonstrations.
• Advise on security operations best practices, integrations with SIEM/SOAR/EDR.
