Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps capabilities for clients across industries. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and develop relationships to grow EY’s security operations practice.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements with global collaboration, and requires strong program management, security operations knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with multiple years of SecOps experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, IRM, or GRC solutions and leading teams.
• Strong client-facing and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects, including architecture and deployment.
• Coach onshore/offshore teams and manage day-to-day client interactions.
• Drive business development activities and respond to proposals.
