Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build and deployment across client engagements. You will manage end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and support business development while partnering with Cybersecurity and other EY practices.

You’ll help clients automate security operations, integrate with SIEM/SOAR/EDR, and deliver trusted advisory services in a multinational context. This role offers a hybrid work model and global resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering with 5+ years in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• CSA certification with Security Incident/Response and/or Vulnerability Response training.
• Experience leading teams and integrating with SIEM/SOAR/EDR.

Responsibilities
