CVS Health is seeking a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join Enterprise Service Management within Solutions Architecture & Infrastructure Platforms. You will guide one or more ServiceNow product teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint execution, and coach teams on Agile best practices to improve delivery predictability and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years as Scrum Master, ~3+ years with ServiceNow platforms, and experience with Jira/Rally/Azure DevOps.

Formación

5+ years serving as a Scrum Master
~4+ years facilitating Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning
~3+ years supporting ServiceNow platform implementations across enterprise environments
~2+ years using Agile management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Agile Development)
~1+ year driving cross-functional collaboration and delivery in a matrixed environment
CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent certifications

Responsabilidades

Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coordinating releases
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and translate epics into actionable work
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles to improve collaboration and accountability
Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks and RAID items, improve velocity and predictability
Act as the primary communication point across teams and leadership, providing transparent status updates and supporting change management
