Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for ServiceNow teams, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and drive value. You will foster high-performing cross-functional teams, coach agile practices, and remove impediments in a hybrid/remote environment.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as Scrum Master, experience with ServiceNow, and certification in Scrum/SAFe.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting software or enterprise delivery teams.
- 4+ years facilitating Agile delivery including sprint planning and backlogs.
- 3+ years with ServiceNow platform implementations or product delivery.
- 2+ years using Agile tools like Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow AD.
- 1+ year driving cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments.
- CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications or equivalent Agile credentials.
- Experience with scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams and align with roadmaps.
- Refine backlogs, translate epics and stories, and establish sprint goals.
- Mentor teams in Scrum, Kanban and Lean; drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments; manage risks and dependencies with RAID.
- Communicate status across teams, managers, stakeholders and leadership.
