Qualifications

5+ years as Scrum Master for software/dev teams.
4+ years facilitating Agile delivery activities.
3+ years supporting ServiceNow platforms.
2+ years using Agile tools (Jira/Rally/Azure DevOps).
1+ year coordinating cross-functional teams in matrix environments.
CSM/PSM/SAFe Master certification or equivalent.
ServiceNow CSA or similar certs.
Experience with SAFe/LeSS or related frameworks.
Knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and development lifecycle.
Proven ability to coach high-performing teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and translate epics into actionable work.
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles and foster collaboration and accountability.
Identify and resolve delivery impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and improve delivery metrics.
Act as primary coordination point across teams, engagement managers, and leadership with transparent status reporting.
