Job summary

CVS Health in the United States (Remote or Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for ServiceNow teams across enterprise technology.

You will refine backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders, facilitate sprints, coach teams on Scrum and Kanban, and manage risks and dependencies to improve quality and predictability. A CS/PSM/SAFe certification and a CS/IT degree are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master in software/enterprise tech delivery.
• ~4+ years facilitating Agile delivery activities (planning, backlog, releases).
• ~3+ years supporting ServiceNow platform implementations.
• ~2+ years using Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile Development.
• ~1+ year cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist or comparable certs.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with SAFe/LeSS scaled delivery environments.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive change with data-driven insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and releases.
• Refine backlogs with Product Owners, translate epics into actionable work, establish sprint goals.
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and drive improve delivery metrics.
• Serve as the primary communication hub across development teams, stakeholders, and leadership with transparent status reporting.
