Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master supporting software development or enterprise tech delivery teams.
- ~4+ years facilitating Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- ~3+ years supporting ServiceNow platform implementations or product delivery teams.
- ~2+ years using Agile management tools like Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- ~1+ year driving cross-functional collaboration in a complex matrixed environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or comparable certification.
- ServiceNow CSA or other ServiceNow platform certifications.
- Experience with scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) and agile transformations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and dev lifecycles.
- Ability to coach teams and drive data-driven improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution.
- Coordinate releases and align with product roadmaps and business priorities.
- Refine and prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders; translate epics into work.
- Coach teams on Agile, Kanban, and Lean principles to improve collaboration and predictability.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks and dependencies, using metrics to drive improvements.
