Job summary

CVS Health is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for ServiceNow teams across the enterprise technology organization. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint execution, refine backlogs, and ensure delivery aligns with product roadmaps, priorities and business value.

Remote or Hybrid work is available with East Coast or Midwest hours. Candidates with CSM/PSM or SAFe certifications and ServiceNow platform knowledge are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master in software/enterprise delivery.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform deliveries and Agile tooling.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution across teams.
• Refine backlogs and align with roadmaps and priorities.
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean practices.
• Identify risks, dependencies and impediments and drive improvements.
• Communicate status and enable decision-making with stakeholders.
