Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Service Management organization within Solutions Architecture & Infrastructure Platforms. The ServiceNow Scrum Master drives Agile excellence, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and coaches teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions at scale across the enterprise.

The role requires strong Agile expertise, servant leadership, and the ability to influence without authority.

Qualifications

5+ years as Scrum Master in software/enterprise delivery.
4+ years Agile delivery planning, backlog, release planning.
3+ years supporting ServiceNow platform implementations.
2+ years using Agile management tools to monitor metrics.
1+ year cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, coordinating releases, and ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, business priorities, and organizational objectives.
Refine and prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders, translate epics and stories into actionable work, establish sprint goals, and maintain visibility into delivery commitments.
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles to foster collaboration, accountability, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks, dependencies, and RAID items, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability.
Serve as primary communication point across development teams, engagement managers, stakeholders, and leadership by providing transparent status reporting.
