Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Service Management organization within Solutions Architecture & Infrastructure Platforms. The role leads Agile delivery for ServiceNow teams, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and aligns backlogs with product roadmaps to drive business value at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master in software/enterprise tech delivery.
• 4+ years facilitating Agile delivery activities including sprint planning and release planning.
• 3+ years supporting ServiceNow platform implementations or product delivery in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years using Agile management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile Development).
• 1+ year driving cross-functional collaboration and delivery in a matrixed env.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, coordinating releases, and aligning with roadmaps.
• Partner with Product Owners, process owners, and stakeholders to refine and prioritize backlogs and establish sprint goals.
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles to improve collaboration and delivery predictability.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks and RAID items, and drive improvements using performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary coordination point across teams, providing transparent status, enabling decision making, and supporting change management.
