CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for ServiceNow teams within a remote/hybrid environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, process owners, and stakeholders to refine backlogs, define sprint goals, and drive predictable delivery.

You will coach teams in Agile practices, remove impediments, and leverage metrics to improve performance in a complex matrix organization.

Qualifications

5+ years serving as a Scrum Master in software/enterprise delivery.
~4+ years facilitating Agile delivery activities (planning, backlog, releases).
~3+ years supporting ServiceNow platform initiatives in enterprise environments.
~2+ years using Agile tools (Jira/Rally/Azure DevOps/ServiceNow).
~1+ year cross-functional collaboration in a complex matrix setup.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams and manage sprint execution and releases.
Refine and prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders; translate epics to actionable work.
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean; promote continuous improvement and collaboration.
Identify and remove impediments; manage risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
Serve as primary communications lead across teams, managers, stakeholders, and leadership.
