DXC Technology seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to manage, enhance, and optimize the ServiceNow environment across enterprise settings. You will blend platform administration with development, automation, and integrations to ensure reliability and security.

The role emphasizes collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams, with roughly 20% focus on development and automation and the rest on platform engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in IT/software engineering or platform engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration/engineering.
• Strong ServiceNow administration, configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with upgrades, patches, cloning, releases and instance management.
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience developing integrations via REST and SOAP.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and enterprise tech environments.

Responsabilités

• Administer and optimize the ServiceNow platform across development, test, and production environments.
• Ensure platform availability, security, and performance.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance.
• Configure users, roles, ACLs, and platform components.
• Develop and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP and MID Servers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring on best practices.
