The role emphasizes designing, implementing, deploying, and continuously improving scalable platform solutions while collaborating with product, security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proven ServiceNow platform engineering, development, administration or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, support, and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform and related applications.
• Design scalable automation solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, and platform-native capabilities.
• Build and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines for source control, deployment, testing, and release governance.
• Develop and maintain platform integrations using REST APIs and web services.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering documentation and standards.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and release management with an environment strategy.
• Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement.
