Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Senior Associate, ServiceNow in the Consulting practice to lead platform implementations and ongoing support. You will guide deployments, run workshops, and translate client needs into actionable specs while supervising global teams to deliver agile components.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience with ITSM/ITOM/IRM, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years managing large enterprise systems with ServiceNow in ITSM, ITOM, or IRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow implementation experience with current System Admin certs; additional modules preferred.
• Experience leading agile teams and customizing workflows; scripting in JavaScript.
• Ability to travel as needed and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Guide ServiceNow deployments, manage planning and execution across ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate needs into specs.
• Supervise on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile components.
• Assess platform performance, troubleshoot and recommend fixes.
• Review development content for standards and quality.
• Prepare progress reports and advise stakeholders.
