Job summary

RoShay Services in Chicago is seeking a Senior Associate to lead ServiceNow solution development, configuration, and implementation within the Advisory practice. You will design and integrate ServiceNow modules, support governance and testing best practices, and deliver client-facing technical artifacts. Strong communication and agile collaboration with onshore/offshore teams are required.

Travel may be required. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience with ServiceNow or similar Case/Knowledge Management applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation experience with complex clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and integrations.
• Support clients in adopting governance, SDLC, migration, and testing best practices.
• Prepare and manage client-facing and internal technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams using agile methodologies, facilitating development of solutions, presentations, and demonstrations.
