Job summary

RoShay Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate in ServiceNow within our Consulting practice to lead enterprise platform implementations, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, or IRM. You will guide client workshops, translate complex needs into technical requirements, and manage delivery teams including on-shore and off-shore members.

Qualifications

Minimum three years managing large enterprise systems with ServiceNow.
Experience in ITSM, ITOM, or IRM modules.
Full implementation experience of ServiceNow; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of ServiceNow workstreams in ITSM, ITOM, or IRM modules.
Conduct client workshops to translate complex needs into technical and functional requirements.
Manage on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based project components.
Assess platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
Ensure development standards are followed, review content from extended teams, and assist with customizations using JavaScript.
Prepare reports on project progress and advise stakeholders on decision-making.
