Job summary

RoShay Services in Dallas, Texas seeks an experienced ServiceNow program lead to guide ITSM, ITOM, or IRM implementations and manage global client workshops. You will translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements, and drive agile delivery across on-site and offshore teams.

The role requires strong governance, reporting to stakeholders, and maintaining development standards while mentoring less senior colleagues.

Qualifications

Minimum three years managing large enterprise systems with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience leading ServiceNow implementations with CSA and CIS modules.
Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
Ability to lead agile teams and manage complex project requirements.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based projects.
Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
Ensure development standards are maintained and review content from extended teams.
Prepare reports on project progress and advise stakeholders for decision-making.
