Job summary

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Full implementation experience of ServiceNow and relevant certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency in customizing workflows, business rules, and UI scripts using JavaScript.
• Experience leading agile teams and managing project deliverables.
• Ability to work flexibly, travel as needed, and operate without visa sponsorship.
