Job summary

Ernst & Young seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation efforts, drive UI/UX across platforms, and grow client relationships. You’ll gather requirements, design interfaces, and ensure robust delivery across on-site and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent soft skills and experience leading teams

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across all ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB delivery phases (design, configuration/development, testing, deployment)
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore personnel
• Advise on process/technology transformation and roadmap contributions
• Lead client requirements workshops and facilitate design sessions
• Travel to meet clients and engage stakeholders
