Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformations for US clients. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end UI/UX and integration work, collaborating with clients to gather requirements and develop interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets.

You will mentor a 3–5 person team, including offshore resources, guiding practice implementations and strategic roadmaps with a focus on ITOM/CMDB and ITSM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 of the listed ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Act as workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for ITOM/CMDB process implementations and roadmaps.
• Lead client workshops and facilitate requirements sessions.
• Ensure successful delivery across waterfall and agile projects.
