Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams and oversee client engagements across the US. In this client-visible role you will shape solutions, mentor teams, and help clients advance their ITOM/CMDB initiatives.

You will analyze requirements, design UI across mobile and web, write clean code, and deliver high-quality artifacts while coordinating with offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related field.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore staff.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ITOM/CMDB implementations and transformation.
• Analyze business capabilities and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
• Lead client workshops and facilitate requirements sessions.
