Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams in ITOM/CMDB, drive client-focused outcomes, and shape solution architectures across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms while delivering measurable business impact.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, facilitate requirements workshops, and steer both waterfall and agile deliveries, ensuring high-quality deliverables, strong client relationships, and successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 2 of the following certifications: ITOM/CMDB related.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and develop UI components across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Provide guidance on relationships between CMDB, ITOM and ITSM processes; deliver high-quality artifacts.
