Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams across ITOM/CMDB, delivering scalable UI components and services that meet business needs. You will work client‑facing, defining requirements and guiding implementation to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will mentor a multi‑disciplinary team, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic roadmaps. Regular travel to client sites is expected to ensure delivery success and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
Minimum of 2 of the following certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
Excellent soft skills and teamwork
Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally: ITSM/HAM/SAM certs; AI solutions experience

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring final product meets their needs.
Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
Travel may be required to meet with clients and engage with stakeholders.
