Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation projects across multiple client engagements in the US. You will shape requirements, design user interfaces, and deliver solutions while mentoring a cross‑functional team. Travel to client sites will be required.

The role emphasizes deep ServiceNow expertise, strong communication, and ability to drive architectural decisions within Agile/Waterfall delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources (onsite and offshore).
• Provide guidance for ITOM/CMDB process implementations and roadmaps.
• Advise on CMDB connectivity to ITOM and ITSM.
• Lead client workshops and gather requirements.
