Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation initiatives for diverse clients across the United States. You will guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver innovative UI components across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.

You will identify requirements, drive architecture decisions, and mentor junior staff while building long-term client relationships. You must travel as needed and contribute to strategic roadmaps with cutting-edge IT operations and CMDB

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification and additional implementations are preferred.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB process implementations and how to meet business objectives.
