EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead Transformation teams in ITOM/CMDB projects, driving UI design across mobile, web, and tablet platforms and delivering scalable components. You will build strong client relationships and guide requirements with agility and rigor.

You will mentor 3–5-person teams, collaborate across stakeholders, and contribute to strategic roadmaps while navigating waterfall and agile delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications from the listed set.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Experience leading teams and traveling as needed.

Responsabilités

• Act as workstream lead for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a 3–5 person multidisciplinary team (including offshore resources).
• Gather requirements and design UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Provide guidance on ITOM/CMDB processes and roadmaps.
• Lead client sessions, workshops and ensure high quality deliverables.
