Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation projects, mentor cross-functional teams, develop client relationships, and drive ITOM/CMDB initiatives across multiple client engagements.

You will identify user requirements, design UI across platforms, and deliver components that meet business needs while advancing our clients’ digital transformation journey. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, ITOM/CMDB related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements and ensure final product fits their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications supporting business objectives.
