Job summary

EY in Phoenix seeks a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB/CSDM) to guide enterprise-scale transformations. You will advise on strategy, architecture, governance, and hands-on configuration, collaborating with executives and delivery teams to build reliable CMDB foundations and ITOM capabilities.

You will lead Agile/Waterfall delivery, apply AI/automation concepts, and mentor junior staff while shaping transformations across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Deep ServiceNow ITOM architecture and implementation expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related discipline.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow consulting and ITOM implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions (CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Define CMDB strategy, governance, CI lifecycles, data models, and health metrics.
• Lead ITOM assessments, architecture reviews, and provide client workshops.
