Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and CSDM to help government and enterprise clients transform IT operations and service management.

You will advise on strategy and architecture, lead solution design and hands-on implementation, and work with executives to deliver scalable, automated ITOM transformations across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow consulting and ITOM implementation experience.
• Deep CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management experience.
• Experience leading client workshops, requirements sessions and architecture reviews.
• Strong ITIL knowledge.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Willingness to work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM including CMDB, CSDM, Discovery.
• Define CMDB strategy, CI lifecycles, data models and health metrics.
• Design MID Server architectures and cloud/hybrid integrations.
• Advise on AI, automation, Predictive Intelligence, and AIOps.
• Lead Agile/Waterfall delivery, testing and documentation.
• Coach team members and contribute to EY accelerators.
