Job summary

Conexess Group seeks a skilled ServiceNow ITAM Architect/Engineer to architect, design, implement, and optimize IT Asset Management capabilities across a healthcare technology environment. The role focuses on HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB alignment, and data governance to support asset visibility and licensing compliance.

You will collaborate with IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to establish enterprise ITAM standards, automate processes, and ensure accurate asset data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including 3+ years in IT Asset Management implementation and engineering.
• Demonstrated experience architecting, implementing, and supporting HAM and SAM capabilities (HAM Pro/SAM Pro).
• Strong ITAM lifecycle, software licensing, hardware inventory, governance, and enterprise asset management know-how.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture, configuration management, data modeling, asset relationships, Discovery, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM Pro, SAM Pro).
• Establish end-to-end asset lifecycle processes: procurement, receiving, deployment, inventory, maintenance, transfers, licenses, reclamation, refresh, retirement.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations using Flow Designer, JavaScript, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Align ITAM with CMDB ensuring accurate relationships, data integrity, normalization, reconciliation, governance.
• Implement integrations with ERP, procurement, financial systems, Intune, Configuration Manager, endpoint management, cybersecurity platforms.
• Leverage ServiceNow Discovery and data sources to improve asset visibility and accuracy.
