Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant focused on HAM and SAM to drive enterprise asset programs. You will design, develop, and optimize HAM/SAM solutions, improve asset visibility, and integrate CMDB with external inventories.

Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver secure, compliant ServiceNow apps, mentor teammates, and push platform modernization and automation in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 8+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing HAM/SAM solutions.
• Experience implementing and supporting at least three ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of HAM/SAM capabilities, asset lifecycle management, and related processes.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and IRE concepts; CMDB integration with external inventory sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance HAM/SAM capabilities across the asset lifecycle.
• Integrate service catalog, procurement, asset fulfillment, and entitlement workflows for end-user experiences.
• Configure workflows for hardware/software provisioning, license allocation, renewals, and reclamation.
• Improve asset visibility and ownership data across assets and licenses.
• Strengthen CMDB-asset reconciliation and data accuracy.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external inventory platforms.
• Automate discrepancy resolution and data quality checks across inventory sources.
• Customize Service Catalog items, record producers, and Service Portal features.
• Enhance workflows during incidents, requests, and projects to maintain asset records.
• Synchronize asset information across enterprise systems with governance and security in mind.
• Develop solutions using Flow Designer, business rules, Script Includes, and Glide scripting.
• Create REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Support deployments with testing, training, and documentation.
