Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant - ITAM to implement and optimize ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, covering hardware, software, cloud, and enterprise technology assets while enhancing compliance and cost optimization.

You will lead discovery and workshops, configure asset lifecycles, and design workflows for licensing governance and reclamation. Strong SAM Pro/HAM Pro experience and CIS HAM/SAM certifications are valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Strong experience with SAM Pro and/or HAM Pro implementations.
Understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
Experience integrating Discovery, CMDB, and ITAM solutions.

Responsibilities

Implement ITAM products including HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and design workshops.
Configure asset lifecycle management processes.
Design software normalization, reclamation, optimization, and compliance workflows.
Support technology asset governance and operational excellence.
Develop integrations with procurement, CMDB, discovery, and ERP systems.
Conduct platform configuration, testing, and deployment.
Provide guidance on software licensing and hardware asset management best practices.
