ServiceNow Sr. ITAM Technical Consultant is sought to lead multi‑dimensional delivery of IT Asset Management on the ServiceNow platform.

The role focuses on assessing current state processes, defining solution requirements, and tailoring ServiceNow to these needs, with exposure to ITSM, CMDB, and Performance Analytics. The candidate should have 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience and 2+ years in IT Asset Management, plus credentials like CSM, CIS HAM/SAM.

Formación

• Certified Systems Administrator.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow IT Asset Management experience.
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations involving IT Asset Management.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow solution requirements, and configure ServiceNow in alignment with these requirements.
• Assist with the creation of stories, documentation, and technical knowledge transfer activities.
• Configure, customize, and code all areas of the IT Asset Management product line, including Hardware Asset Management Professional, Software Asset Management Professional, Procurement, CMDB, and Client Software Distribution.
• Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment, and maintenance of technical best practices and standards.
• Work to develop, design, and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support using good practice web programming.
