Job summary

Raas Infotek LTD is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for IT Asset Management (ITAM) with strong ServiceNow experience. This remote role focuses on implementing ITAM solutions across hardware, software, cloud, and enterprise assets to improve compliance and optimize costs.

Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, designing workflows, and integrating ITAM with procurement, CMDB, and ERP systems while guiding best practices in software licensing and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAM Pro/HAM Pro modules.
• Understanding licensing models and compliance.
• Experience integrating Discovery, CMDB, and ITAM.

Role Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant at ITAM is responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, enabling customers to govern hardware, software, cloud, and enterprise technology assets while improving compliance and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ITAM products including HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and design workshops.
• Design software normalization, reclamation, optimization, and compliance workflows.
• Support technology asset governance and operational excellence.
• Develop integrations with procurement, CMDB, discovery, and ERP systems.
• Conduct platform configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide guidance on software licensing and hardware asset management best practices.

Required Experience

• ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience with SAM Pro and/or HAM Pro implementations.
• Understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
• Experience integrating Discovery, CMDB, and ITAM solutions.

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• CIS-Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
