EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, engage with external clients, and drive architecture decisions that balance performance, security, and delivery timelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on architecture, stakeholder communication, and leadership in complex implementations, with a hybrid work model and significant travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven track record leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills: communication, adaptability, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Valid driver’s license in the U.S. and willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow strategies and workflows.
• Define architectures covering case management, integration, and security.
• Own solution-level design decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide delivery teams and translate architecture into configuration and code.
• Mitigate risks and resolve complex technical issues.
• Engage with clients in planning sessions and workshops.
