Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to design and deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You will lead architecture decisions, oversee complex builds, and guide teams through planning, design and delivery while engaging clients and managing risks across engagements.

You will leverage your hands-on ServiceNow expertise, drive best practices, and ensure security, integration and workflow designs meet client needs in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM is preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case/workflow design, integration and data flows, security and access controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Address complex technical challenges and escalate where needed.
• Guide and oversee implementation activities across delivery teams.
• Ensure architecture is translated into configuration and code and help resolve deployment challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and testers to deliver value.
