Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; extensive hands‑on ServiceNow experience is required.

• Certified implementations or CTAs are highly valued.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures for case management, data flows, security and integrations.
• Guide delivery teams and translate architecture into configuration and code.
• Manage risks, timelines and quality while communicating with clients.
