Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You will own solution architectures across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, working with delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

This role involves hands-on leadership during critical design and build phases, guiding teams, and traveling 40-60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural capacities.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM and extensive experience architecting ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide technical implementation across delivery teams and resolve build/deployment challenges.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Travel 40-60% to meet client needs.
