EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients. You will guide architecture decisions, oversee implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while traveling as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on architectural leadership, strong communication with clients, and a drive to deliver high-quality, scalable platforms in a globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 4–6 years IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define technical architectures for case design, integration, data flows, and security controls.
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Address complex technical challenges and act as escalation point for performance and integration issues.
• Guide delivery teams, provide hands-on leadership, and ensure translation of architecture into configuration.
