Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to design and deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients. You will own solution architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, guiding delivery teams and engaging with stakeholders throughout planning to closure.

The role requires 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and a willingness to travel 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or similar field.
• 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development/architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM required.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license in the U.S. and willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions and architecture.
• Guide delivery teams and ensure architecture is translated into configuration and code.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
