Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients. You will own architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, guiding complex implementations from planning through deployment.

This role combines hands-on leadership with client engagement, risk management, and delivery oversight in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development/architecture.
• Experience leading technically complex implementations and discussing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define technical architectures including case management, integrations, data flows, security controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs; mentor team members.
