• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow solutions within financial services.
• Define architectures for case/workflow design, integrations, and data flows.
• Own solution-level decisions and guide multi-team delivery efforts.
• Act as escalation point for performance, integration, and architectural challenges.
