Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients. This role blends hands-on architecture with delivery leadership across investigations, design workshops, and client sessions.

You will guide end‑to‑end technical design, define architectures for case/workflow design, integrations, security, and data flows, and ensure alignment with best practices. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant IT experience including hands‑on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive hands‑on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow solutions for complex financial services use cases.
• Define architectures covering case/workflow design, integration and data flows, security and access controls.
• Own solution‑level architectural decisions and trade‑offs and guide delivery teams.
• Act as escalation point for performance issues, integration failures, and architectural constraints.
